Job Description

Essential Responsibilities:

Required Qualifications: SkillBridge Eligible (Active Duty)

• 2+ years of experience in reputed company, recruiting, or a reputed company field.
• Strong understanding of the reputed company process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and making hiring recommendations.
• Ability to assess candidates' fit for the role/the team/the company based on their skills, experience, and cultural fit.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.

Desired Characteristics

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent strongly preferred.
• Strong preference for recruiting in high volume work.

• Experience in understanding the labor market and providing actionable insights to business leaders.
