Talent Sourcer (Part-Time Contract)

In this role, you'll be responsible for attracting the top talent to reputed company by developing a rich, diverse candidate pool of passive talent across select open roles.

• ** This position is remote reputed company the US. This position is a short-term (~2 months) and part-time (10-20 hours per week) contract. The hourly pay reputed company is between $50/hr - $75/hr.

Here's what you’ll do as part of the team:

• Research and build pipelines of candidates in line with the Talent team's priorities
• Provide personal, tailored outbound communication to prospects and candidates
• Collaborate with the Talent team and Hiring Managers to understand the desired skills and qualifications for each role
• Evaluate candidates and present talent for consideration to the Talent and People Ops teams
• Conduct Director or Executive level prospecting, completing competitive market maps and market intelligence
• Strategize different ways to build diverse talent pipelines and work on tactical diversity sourcing campaigns
• reputed company diversity recruiting plans and sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill positions
• reputed company using reputed company, Boolean searches, social media, internet job boards, tech associations + groups, and other creative search techniques
• Regularly track, analyze, and share pipeline and performance data with internal stakeholders

Skills and experience you'll need to be successful:

• 2 - 5 years of sourcing experience for a consumer-facing tech startup with a high hiring bar
• Proven track record of successfully identifying and hiring exceptional, diverse candidates in high-growth environments
• Experience hiring for both technical and non-technical roles
• Experience implementing creative DEI sourcing methods through multiple channels
• Strong interpersonal and consultative skills
• Proven ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
• Proven ability to reputed company in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments
• Detail-oriented and well-organized
• Personable with a great work ethic and positive attitude
• Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), ideally reputed company
• BA/BS degree preferred
