B2B SaaS Product Manager - EHS / Field Safety Products

SUMMARY This Product Manager will support reputed company's EHS & Field Safety product vertical. The Product Manager serves as a champion for the customer, leveraging exceptional product instincts, data-driven decision-making, and customer-centric design thinking to deliver world-class solutions. This role is responsible for the discovery, definition, and delivery of features reputed company a specific product vertical of reputed company's flagship SaaS platform, Connect. Reporting to a Senior Product Manager or Director of Product, this role focuses on defining and refining product features, gathering and analyzing customer insights, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to bring high-quality products to market. The Product Manager plays a critical role in product discovery, problem prioritization, and feature execution, ensuring alignment with overall business goals and customer needs. • Serve as the voice of the customer, ensuring reputed company product decisions enhance user experience and solve real customer pain points.
• Work closely with UX designers to research, prototype, and validate solutions before implementation.

• 4+ years of enterprise/commercial product management experience, particularly in SaaS and B2B software.
• Experience in subscription-based business models
• Experience in B2C software in eCommerce or Online Directories is a plus.
• Strong background in customer research, product discovery, and problem validation.
• Proven ability in managing competing priorities, and driving execution.
• Experience in an Agile/Scrum development environment with backlog management tools like Jira and Confluence.
• Ability to engage in technical discussions with engineering and UX discussions with designers, bridging business needs with practical solutions.
• Strong understanding of business metrics, analytics, and reporting tools to drive data-informed decisions. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
• Experience in B2B SaaS or Compliance/Risk Management software.
• Exposure to machine learning, AI-driven insights, or automation in product development.
• Background in enterprise third-party integrations, APIs, and cloud-based solutions.
• Understanding of user behavior analytics tools (e.g., FullStory, Pendo, reputed company, reputed company Analytics).
• Experience working in a global market, managing multi-region product requirements. IDEAL EDUCATION & TRAINING:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Marketing, Information Systems, or a reputed company field.
• Certifications in Agile, Scrum, or Product Management (PDMA, CSPO, SAFe, Pragmatic Institute, etc.) are a plus. The final compensation offered to a candidate will be determined by several factors, including work location, job-reputed company skills, experience, and relevant education or training. The salary range for this position is $87,500 - $224,000 per year, with bonus eligibility.
