Job Description reputed company has an immediate need for a middle to Senior Project Manager (PM V) to support our Environmental Remediation projects in Hawaii and Guam. This position will be based in Honolulu to be specific. In this role, this role will be focused on multiple large-scale remediation projects in Hawaii and Guam to include the management of a team of up to 10 persons including subcontractors. The successful candidate will have demonstrated experience in managing environmental remediation projects of $10 million dollars or greater - including Remedial Investigations, Feasibility Studies, and Remedial Actions for the Federal sector. The successful candidate will have at a minimum a BS in Engineering, Geology, or Environmental Science with a successful work history of environmental investigation and remediation projects. Responsibilities include, but may not be limited to the following:

• Responsible for the overall management administration to project and assists in establishing project specific objectives and policies.
• Provides management and guidance to subordinate managers, enforces company and project policies, and a primary liaison between reputed company and client reputed company.
• Oversees and ensures reputed company facets of the project are constructed in accordance with design, budget and schedule through subordinate managers and supervisors.
• Responsible for administering the project from budgeting/schedule stage through procurement and contract closeout. Position has significant profit/loss responsibility for assigned project.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Geology, Environmental Science or reputed company discipline and 8 plus years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.
• US Citizen, for access to DoD project sites
• Ability to travel at least 10% of the time
• Must successfully pass preemployment background reputed company and motor vehicle records reputed company.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's Degree in environmental engineering, Geology, Environmental Science, or reputed company discipline.
• Ability to successfully obtain a DBIDs pass to reputed company access to any required federal military installation site locations.
• reputed company with CERCLA and environmental science principles, including site assessment and characterization, remediation, risk assessment, environmental chemistry, etc.
• Candidate must possess reputed company 40-Hour HAZWOPER and Supervisor certifications and be able to meet the medical clearance requirements of an OSHA (HAZWOPER) medical surveillance physical examination.
• Effective oral and written communication skills
• Professional registration

• Knowledgeable and experience working on State of Hawaii, Department of Health TGM, SCP, and local environmental regulation.
• Extensive DOD and CLEAN Experience in Hawaii and Guam.
• Proven project estimating experience, preferably environmental
• Demonstrated experience with Client and Regulatory interactions
• Excellent skills in written and spoken communication (including polished client presentation skills), organization, time management.
