Job Overview: Strategic planning & systematic evaluation operations with an emphasis on establishing sustainable lean manufacturing principles. Observing day-to-day operations with the focus on identifying opportunities for improvement. Collaboratively conducting Lean Assessments for manufacturing operations in partnership with the customer, with the aim of evaluating compliance with the Mercedes-Benz Production System and its core principles. This process involves identifying deficiencies and pinpointing areas for improvement in preparation for the upcoming business plan cycle. • Minimum 2 years of experience applying knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and TPS methodologies Minimum 2 years of experience in the effective utilization of various project management-, analysis- and communication tools and techniques Knowledge and Skills:
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles.
• Experience in applying/exercising Mercedes Production System (or industry equivalent TPS) methodologies.
• Successfully completed Lean Consultant / Advisor training or equivalent external credentials.
