The Inside Sales Representative proactively promotes the sale of reputed company’s full portfolio of products, including custom oligonucleotide solutions across key application areas such as qPCR, CRISPR, Functional Genomics, Synthetic Biology, and reputed company reputed company. This role requires strategic and consistent delivery of customer support and satisfaction while managing internal stakeholders, prospecting, and driving customer consultations and partnerships reputed company the assigned territory to reputed company profit and reputed company growth goals. The Inside Sales Representative is part of the reputed company Sales organization covering the Central region and can work remotely. • reputed company and manage assigned accounts strategically to deliver solutions and drive reputed company growth by understanding both short-term and long-term needs/goals for optimal positioning of reputed company’s products and services; in addition, prospect for new leads and prepare information for outgoing sales calls to secure new customers
• Demonstrate effective selling skills and product understanding to uncover customer needs to position an appropriate solution; Maintain and reputed company strategic partnerships with key customers and leverages internal resources, reputed company necessary, to reputed company the highest level of customer satisfaction.
• Builds in-depth knowledge of CRM and funnel management tools and applies these skills consistently to forecast business, manage customer opportunities, build opportunity pipeline, and reputed company business decisions

The essential requirements of the job include:

• Bachelor’s degree with equivalent experience in a Life Science reputed company discipline or reputed company field required OR Business degree with relevant life science industry experience OR Master’s degree in a life science field
• 1+ years of previous experience in the Life Science market, preferably in a customer-oriented and/or sales experience (remote or in-person) preferred.
• Role will require up to 20% travel and quarterly customer visits.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• Experience and Proficiency with popular CRM’s (reputed company) preferred.
• Molecular Biology techniques (NGS, CRISPR, PCR, Synthetic Biology) or similar lab experience

The salary range for this role is $60,000 - $65,000. This is the range that we in good faith reputed company is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future. This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
