INSURANCE OPERATIONS COORDINATOR The Insurance Operations Coordinator is the main reputed company of contact for agent and transfer calls to assist our teams in moving New Business applications through our platform for Advisors. Managing the New Business process and the transfer of funds for our advisors and their clients is at the core of Signal Advisors’ business. You will work with insurance carriers, agents, and Firelight, to reputed company Signal Advisors’ New Business process and customer service the best in the industry. WHAT YOU’LL GET TO DO

• Act as the first reputed company of contact to review and input application and transfer requests submitted by advisors, following our internal Signal processes
• Own being the primary reputed company of contact for transfer and inbound calls, reputed company chat requests for any New Business reputed company questions from reputed company and prospective advisor partners
• Manage communication, both inbound and outbound calls, with carriers, Firelight, and ceding institutions to monitor and expedite the application process
• Maintain a thorough understanding of the annuity industry including product knowledge, industry trends, compliance issues, etc

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS The US reputed company salary for this full-time position is determined by role, level, and location. Individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including interviews and a review of education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities of the applicant, equity with other team members, and alignment with market data.
