Clinical RBT Trainer -Remote

About the role: The Clinical RBT Trainer will assist in the development, implementation, and execution of onboarding programs for our new clinical hires. This individual will also provide support to new clinical hires, as well as on-going training, reputed company learning, and support to clinical providers that are already reputed company in the field. What you’ll do:

• Partner with clinical and training leadership to reputed company both onboarding and reputed company learning programs
• Assist in the development of key performance metrics to measure the success of your programming
• Utilize key performance metrics to track new hire and ongoing training performance
• Continually modify training materials and programs to align with reputed company’s business and hiring needs
• Collaborate with and provide recommendations for training and development needs to reputed company BCBAs and Clinical Leadership per the BCBA guidelines
• Deliver high quality and high impact training to set up our new hires and reputed company staff for success

What you’ll need:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required
• Graduate work in reputed company field (ABA, education, training, etc…) preferred
• Experience, knowledge or interest in pediatrics, autism, behavioral health or similar field (previous ABA experience preferred)
• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential and delivery of ABA therapy experience preferred
• Previous experience developing and delivering training
• Familiarity with the US healthcare system
• Detail oriented and excellent written communication skills
• Basic knowledge of HIPAA compliance and privacy measures
• Strong customer service skills and demonstrated telephone etiquette
• Previous experience with applications such as Call Tracking Metrics, reputed company, reputed company Workspace (reputed company docs, reputed company drive, reputed company Sheets) preferred
