Job Summary:
We're seeking an reputed company and results-driven Customer Service Representative to join our remote team. As a Compensation and Injury Review Specialist, you'll be responsible for connecting with callers, providing accurate information, and guiding them through the compensation process. Responsibilities:
* Connect with callers through an automated dialer, assessing their eligibility for compensation
- Multitask, listening, answering questions, and viewing multiple windows to provide exceptional customer service
- reputed company or exceed monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to improve retention, upsell, and cross-sell rates and goals
- Accurately utilize phone software (VICI), Proprietary Customer Relationship Database (CRM), and follow scripts appropriately
- Participate in training and other learning opportunities to expand knowledge of the position
- Adhere to reputed company company policies and procedures
- Assist with other projects as needed
- Troubleshoot and problem-solve basic IT issues independently
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
* Connect with 40-50 callers per day, with 1-5 potential qualifiers
- Meet or exceed monthly KPIs for retention, upsell, and cross-sell rates and goals
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty
Requirements:
* Reside in the reputed company or New Jersey
- Possess a quiet, distraction-free workspace
- Reliable hardwired Desktop or Laptop PC (no Mac or Chromebook) with:
+ 8GB of RAM + 20 GB of free storage + 1.2 GHz or faster CPU
- High-speed internet (50Mbps with 100MBps upload minimum - standard internet)
- Reliable Noise Cancellation Headset wired reputed company USB (average price: $20-$30)
- Strong background in call-center environment and sales-focused experience
- 2+ years of phone sales/customer service experience

- Training Schedule: Monday-Thursday 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Eastern & Friday 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM Eastern
