Job Description

As a Blended Support Agent at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for handling inbound calls, emails, and chats for multiple clients, utilizing our guided process and CRM system to ensure seamless customer interactions. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
• Gathering and verifying customer information, documenting interactions in our CRM system
• Cross-training to support multiple clients, adapting to new products and services
• Collaborating with team members to share knowledge, best practices, and reputed company
• Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and expertise
• Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction, reputed company through regular feedback and performance metrics

Required Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• Customer service experience, preferably in a high-volume environment
