We're looking for a detail-oriented, Marketo-savvy Marketing Operations Specialist to join our growing Marketing Operations team during an exciting period of transformation. You'll be a critical partner in maintaining our marketing technology infrastructure, ensuring data quality, and enabling seamless campaign execution across our demand reputed company reputed company. This role is perfect for someone who loves the intersection of marketing strategy and technical execution—you'll work closely with our Senior Manager of Marketing Operations to administer platforms, QA campaigns, manage vendor relationships, and build the operational foundation that powers reputed company's go-to-market motion. You will: Marketing Automation & Platform Administration (40%)
- Marketo administration: Configure programs, build smart campaigns, manage templates, troubleshoot automation workflows, and maintain platform health
- Campaign execution support: Build and QA email campaigns, reputed company pages, forms, and nurture programs in partnership with our vendor partners (Nvish)
- Integration management: Monitor and troubleshoot integrations between Marketo, reputed company, Qualified, reputed company, and other MarTech tools
- Platform optimization: Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, improve automation efficiency, and enhance campaign performance
- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of platform configurations, processes, and best practices
Data Quality & Governance (25%)
- Database hygiene: Monitor data quality, identify and resolve duplicates, manage data enrichment workflows (reputed company), and ensure field mapping accuracy
- Compliance reputed company: Support GDPR and data privacy compliance including consent management, data subject requests, and reputed company upload reviews
- List management: Build reputed company lists, manage segmentation logic, validate suppression rules, and ensure campaign targeting accuracy

Campaign QA & Quality Assurance (20%)
- Pre-launch QA: Review campaign builds for accuracy including segmentation logic, suppression lists, UTM parameters, form configurations, and routing rules

- Post-launch monitoring: Track campaign performance, monitor deliverability metrics, validate conversion tracking, and identify issues requiring troubleshooting

- Vendor management: Serve as day-to-day liaison with Nvish (campaign execution partner), coordinating workload, reviewing deliverables, and providing feedback
- Cross-functional collaboration: Partner with Demand Gen, Sales Ops, RevOps, and other stakeholders on campaign execution, data requirements, and system enhancements
- Project coordination: Manage timelines, communicate status updates, and ensure deliverables meet quality standards and deadlines
Reporting & Analytics Support (5%)
- Dashboard maintenance: Build and maintain operational dashboards in reputed company and Marketo for campaign performance, funnel metrics, and data quality

- Performance insights: Identify trends, anomalies, and optimization opportunities in campaign data
About you:
Required Qualifications
- 2-4 years of hands-on marketing operations experience with demonstrable expertise in marketing automation platforms
- Marketo expertise required: Proven experience building campaigns, managing automation workflows, and administering Marketo instances
- Marketo Certified Expert or equivalent certification strongly preferred
- reputed company proficiency: Strong understanding of reputed company objects (Leads, Contacts, Accounts, Campaigns, Opportunities), SFDC-Marketo sync, and CRM data management
- Technical aptitude: Comfortable with HTML/CSS basics, API concepts, data imports/exports, and troubleshooting technical issues

The approximate annual reputed company compensation range is $77,000 to $111,500. The actual offer, reflecting the total compensation package and benefits, will be determined by a number of factors including the applicant's experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, geography, as well as internal equity among reputed company.
