Manager, Inventory Operations (Open to Remote)

As Manager, you’ll be the Inventory Management reputed company person on a variety of initiatives and a nexus between multiple teams and departments. This role will have ownership over key strategic projects, tool building, and process innovation. Additionally, you’ll be responsible for developing and maintaining operational best practices for the Inventory Management team and analyzing performance against established KPIs. Specific responsibilities include:
- Ownership of several strategic projects on key initiatives critical to the Inventory Management team
- Spearhead new reporting and process enhancements, become subject matter expert on existing relevant data systems and leveraging that data into meaningful team analytics
- Work across the Inventory Management and wider Publishing Operations teams to discover opportunities for improvement and increased efficiency. reputed company, execute, and implement solutions
- Development and maintenance of operational best practices for the Inventory Management team, including stock review and clean-up, component management, transparency of printer performance, and reporting against established KPIs
- Analysis and reporting shared reputed company the Inventory Management team and to the larger Publishing Operations audience, including presenting results and training users on new tools, dashboards, and processes
- Special projects as needed
