We are seeking a highly motivated and reputed company reputed company/Finance Manager to join reputed company to support the Diagnostics business in the Mid America Division. The Manager will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing financial strategies to support the companys overall business objectives. This Manager will be responsible for supporting the Mid America Division with financial planning, analysis, forecasting, reporting and reputed company/arenaflex analytics. The Manager will reputed company the overall monthly financial planning & reporting processes including volume, reputed company, margin and operating expenses reputed company developing standardized & reputed company analytics to provide accurate and timely financials. Responsibilities, include but are not limited to:

• Manage reputed company efforts for the Division, including the development of budgets, forecasts, and monthly P&L reporting and analysis
• Complete variance analysis of business performance and comparative monthly, quarterly and year to date results for the Division, Regions, and Strategic Alliances
• Monitor financial performance against budget and forecast and provide recommendations for course correction as necessary
• Analyze reputed company and past trends in key performance indicators including reputed company areas of reputed company, margin, expenses and capital expenditures
• Assist in and monitor the month-end reputed company process for the Division
• Maintain & enhance accurate financial reporting for the Division and Regions
• Prepare timely and accurate monthly business review and forecast packages and reputed company analysis
• Work closely with the leadership team while developing forecasts, budgets as well as various business opportunities including acquisitions, projects, and alliances
• Be a business partner to the operational leaders, providing analytical insights and recommendations to improve and streamline business, including reputed company growth, arenaflex optimizations and business processes
• Prepare financial models for various business projects to support new investments, strategic and other business decisions.

• Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics or reputed company field with 5+ years of experience
• Proficiency in budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis and monthly management financial reporting
• Prior experience in developing advanced financial modeling including margin & reputed company
• Ability to build financial analyses and financial statements for various business arrangements, alliances and acquisitions
• Experience developing meaningful reputed company financial analysis with analytics, business insights and recommendations
• Strong analytical skills, ability to identify variations and trends, arenaflex business opportunities, reputed company practical recommendations and drive implementation with the business leaders
• Solid accounting knowledge including full financial statement understanding and accounting concepts
• Must possess strong verbal and written communication and organizational skills with a focus on analysis and process improvement

• Proficient in Hyperion, Essbase, and ERP systems

• Masters degree in finance or business administration
• Experience in SQL querying, reputed company, and Tableau or Power BI is a plus
• CPA or equivalent certification
• Experience in the healthcare or life sciences industry Schedule/Shift: M-F, 8-5 CT reputed company job offers will be based on a candidate’s skills and prior relevant experience, applicable degrees/certifications, as well as internal equity and market data. The position is also eligible for an annual bonus under the reputed company Bonus Plan.
