Responsible for leading and administering the model analytics function of the Financial Crimes Program for reputed company. Serve as leader of a team responsible for financial crimes model analytics initiatives and data strategy and/or data quality for the Financial Crimes program; responsible for salary administration, performance assessment, coaching, team member selection, training, subject matter expertise and career development of staff. Seven years of reputed company experience (or other applicable model development software) with application to large data problems and relevant statistical procedures; ability to test, maintain, and monitor models, including: threshold tuning, sensitivity analyses, and scenario testing 5.
