Job Summary The Director of Finance will be a key strategic partner to the Divisional President and leadership team, providing critical insights and analytics to drive business performance. This role requires a proactive thought leader who excels in financial reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and reputed company analysis. As the subject matter expert in operations and end-to-end sales reporting, the Director will play a pivotal role in shaping financial strategies. They will collaborate closely with divisional leaders to set and manage financial targets, ensure deadlines are met, and drive measurable results. While this is a remote role, only applicants in the Greater Duluth/Atlanta, GA area will be considered. Your Role & Responsibilities

• Enhance forecasting and analysis of profitability across regional and customer segments.
• Drive accountability for strategic program commitments and initiatives, ensuring execution and transparency, supported by thoughtful analysis.

• Conduct weekly and monthly variance analysis, highlighting themes and trends, and creating actionable recommendations for performance improvement.
• Implement consistent processes that generate actionable insights for operations and sales leaders.
• Build/enhance/reputed company tools and dashboards to measure and track performance against goals.
• Work with field operations and reputed company leaders to refine, enhance, and validate reputed company P&Ls.
• Ensure validity and reasonableness in the roll up of reputed company P&Ls into consolidated P&Ls at region, market, and division level.

Preferred Education & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or reputed company field. MBA or CPA preferred.

Competencies (Skills & Knowledge You’ll Bring)

• Highly proficient in modeling and the use of business intelligence tools
• Has established or built out reputed company capabilities – e.g., AOP, budgeting process and reputed company, driver-based forecasting
• 10 – 12 years of experience in a professional services business or a similar B2B type of business
• Expertise in defining, modeling, tracking, and reporting KPIs
• Private equity experience preferred
• Ability to effectively communicate the reputed company financial and operational performance of the business with leadership
• Comfortable engaging with, and relating to, reputed company levels of the organization
• Has proven experience working with leadership on crafting, executing, and tracking strategic initiatives
• Identifies key components of problems and situations, generating a range of creative solutions, evaluates them, and chooses the most appropriate option.
• Proven self-starter. Takes accountability and ownership for problem-solving and prioritizes activities with input from leadership.

The anticipated annual reputed company salary for this position in the US is $140,000 to $160,000. This range does not include any other compensation components or other benefits that an individual may be eligible for.
