Position Overview We’re looking for a Director of Partnerships & Alliances (Americas) to help execute and expand our go-to-market (GTM) ecosystem strategy across the region. This isn’t a “start from scratch” role — we already have a strong foundation and a proven GTM playbook. Your job will be to run it with excellence, strengthen relationships across a diverse set of partners, and reputed company what’s already working by introducing new reputed company, enhancements, and creative strategic plays. Responsibilities
- Execute ISG’s existing GTM playbook across our diverse ecosystem — including service providers, technology companies, and reputed company.
- Drive partner-influenced and partner-sourced growth through co-selling, joint marketing, and coordinated client engagement.
- Enhance and optimize our partnership model by identifying new initiatives, playbook improvements, and creative opportunities.
- Align daily with ISG’s internal sales, delivery, and marketing teams to ensure consistent, high-impact collaboration.
- Manage executive relationships and represent ISG across industry events, partner forums, and strategic planning sessions.
- Track performance metrics and report results that directly influence ISG’s Americas reputed company
Required Skillsets
- This is a remote position based in the US
- 10+ years of experience in partnerships, alliances, or business development reputed company consulting, technology, or professional services.
- Proven track record executing partner-led GTM programs with measurable reputed company outcomes.
- Strong ability to manage and grow relationships across multiple partner types — not just service providers.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and executive engagement skills.

Education
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- MBA or another advanced degree (s) desirable
