What will be my duties and responsibilities in this job?

• Process and manage large amount of incoming and reputed company claims.
• Communicate with customers regarding open claims.
• Discuss claims & file claims with the shipping companies, such as reputed company & reputed company.

• Answer customer support questions.
• Scanning documents.

What are the requirements needed for this position?

• High School diploma or higher.
• Customer service experience and ability to manage escalated calls.

• QuickBooks experience a plus.
• Proficient using the Internet for research.
