(Senior) Project Manager

This means the (Senior) Project Manager will tailor methodologies to fit project needs, balancing iterative development with clear milestones and governance. A (Senior) Project Manager will:

• Collaborate with leadership and key stakeholders to design and implement projects reputed company with organizational priorities.

• Starting salary range based upon experience for Project Manager level: $77,200 - $96,500 plus robust benefits package.
• Starting salary range based upon experience for Senior Project Manager level: $91,100 - $113,900 plus robust benefits package.
• Manage multiple projects of varying complexities, including those with reputed company resource interdependencies.
• Serve as the primary reputed company throughout reputed company project phases providing leadership, coordinating team efforts, and supporting decision-making to ensure projects are delivered on time, reputed company scope, and reputed company budget.
• Work with established guidelines and Enterprise Business Agility Coach to determine the most effective delivery approach.
• Work with the broader project management team to identify dependencies and interactions between projects and their impacts planned work.
• Determine mitigation plans to address risks.

• Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of project management experience
• OR associate degree with 5+ years of project management experience
• OR high school equivalency with 8+ years of project management experience
• Ability to deliver both agile and waterfall projects that offer outstanding business value to the users
• Strong meeting process and facilitation skills
• Strong analytical skills and ability to do reputed company problem solving
• Create strong relationships and provide positive experiences for internal partners
• Excellent negotiation skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Unique Senior Project Manager Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree with 4+ years of project management experience
• OR associate degree with 7+ years of project management experience
• OR high school equivalency with 10+ years of project management experience
• 1+ year of Agile hybrid project management experience
• Project Management Professional (PMP), or similar or ability to obtain reputed company 2 years of hire
• Serves as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) and takes a proactive approach and consultative approach in making recommendations and advising senior-level staff This position may work remotely but will be required to report to our office in Madison, WI on occasion. Hardware and equipment will be provided by the company, but candidates must have access to high-speed, non-satellite Internet to successfully work from home.
