Key Responsibilities

As a part-time Pharmacy Technician and Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

• Performing duties assigned by the Data Entry Manager, including answering phones, responding to orders, and resolving client complaints and inquiries in a timely manner.
• Triage incoming faxes by facility/department and in accordance with cutoff times.
• Clarifying orders as needed.
• Providing exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, including patient information and order details.
• Collaborating with the Data Entry Manager to ensure seamless communication and efficient workflow.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• An active NJ Board of Pharmacy, Pharmacy Technician License.
• Previous experience in pharmacy, with a preference for LTC pharmacy experience.
• Knowledge of brand name and generic medications.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Moderate to advanced computer skills, including proficiency in frameworks and ECM knowledge.
• Great telephone etiquette and a strong ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
• A high school diploma or equivalent.

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be an asset in this role:

• Experience working in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Knowledge of electronic medical records (EMRs) and other healthcare software systems.
• Certification as a pharmacy technician (CPhT) or a reputed company field.
