Job Summary

We're looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our remote team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of reputed company, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving complaints, and ensuring that our members receive the support they need. Key Responsibilities

* Interact with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about products and services

• Handle and resolve complaints, determining the client's issue, offering possible solutions, or providing follow-up as needed
• Resolve customers' service or billing complaints by performing activities such as exchanging merchandise, refunding money, and adjusting bills
• Contact customers to respond to inquiries or to notify them of claim investigation results and any planned adjustments
• Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation
• reputed company records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken

Work Environment and Requirements

* Must reside in California

• A wired LAN reputed company from the modem/router to the desktop or laptop is mandatory (wireless connectivity is not permitted)
• The client will provide a 2-reputed company LAN cable; if a longer cable is necessary, the candidate is responsible for acquiring the required length
• Candidates must have a table and office chair
• Candidates are expected to use video during training, team meetings, and as required by the client
• Must have a hard-wired internet reputed company and a quiet workspace

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or GED

• 0-2 years customer service-reputed company experience required
• Previous experience with computer applications, such as MS Outlook or data entry software
• Ability to accurately document and record customer/client information
• Proficiency in computer software navigation and dual screens is essential
• The ability to handle reputed company calls, demonstrate critical thinking, and problem-solving skills is crucial
• Strong communication skills are a must

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in a pharmacy setting is preferred but not mandatory

• Bi-lingual candidates who speak Hmong, Spanish, or Mien are preferred
