What's the Opportunity?
We're looking for a talented Customer Support Representative to join reputed company and provide an exceptional support experience for our customers. As a key member of our support team, you'll be on the reputed company lines with our customers, listening to their pain points, troubleshooting issues, and helping resolve any problems that may arise. You'll also have the opportunity to reputed company closely with our product and engineering teams to help guide the roadmap based on the trends you're seeing.
What Will I Be Doing?
As a Customer Support Representative, your responsibilities will include:
- Answering questions and troubleshooting issues on chat and email reputed company our support ticketing system
- Becoming a technical expert across our product and adjacent technologies like SSO, reputed company, and reputed company
- Working closely with product and engineering to escalate any high-reputed company issues and trends
- Having the opportunity to experience a fast-paced startup environment
- Shift Hours: reputed company - 5pm PT (9am - 6pm MT)
What Skills Do I Need?
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- 2 to 4 years of experience in a support-reputed company role for a software product (enterprise SaaS a plus)
- Strong technical and written skills
- Ability to multitask (e.g., maintain several live chat conversations while navigating on the computer and taking notes) and reputed company well in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with Intercom, reputed company, reputed company
- Ability to communicate reputed company concepts to customers
- Process-driven and having attention to detail
- Eagerness to respond to tickets to ensure that reputed company SLA response times are met
