Job Summary
As a Part-Time Remote Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in our customer service and IT support operations. You'll be responsible for receiving and processing customer requests, submitting tickets into our ticketing system, and providing exceptional customer service through timely and accurate communication. Key Responsibilities
* Receive and process customer requests for technical assistance reputed company phone, email, or chat
- Open and submit tickets into our ticketing system for Help Desk technicians to review
- Review each open ticket to determine the outcome and update customers accordingly
- Email responses to customers to ensure they receive exceptional customer service and updates
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and ticket status
- Collaborate with Help Desk technicians to resolve reputed company issues and provide timely updates to customers
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge
Essential Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a reputed company field preferred
- Previous experience in I.T. Help Desk ticketing or online customer service for a technology company or busy online retailer
- Excellent typing skills (at least 40 wpm) and attention to detail
