Job Summary

We're seeking an reputed company Customer Service Data Representative to join our growing team in Durham, NC. As a remote worker, you'll have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home while enjoying a competitive hourly reputed company of $18.00. In this role, you'll be responsible for:

• Utilizing internet databases and research systems to locate and identify points of contact for program participants
• Entering case information into our case management system with precision and accuracy
• Engaging and responding to participants by following a scripted questionnaire to collect research data reputed company phone
• Communicating the goals of the survey to participants and explaining why their participation is valuable; encouraging participation from those who have previously chosen not to participate

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED

• Access to personal email and phone (either landline or cell)

• Comfortable being on camera for meetings, training, and/or one-on-one meetings
