Job Role
As a Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in handling inbound phone calls for scheduling service and maintenance for our Residential Department. Your daily duties will include:
- Maintaining our customer database with accuracy and up-to-date information
- Making daily outbound phone calls to customers and technicians to ensure seamless service delivery
- Routing technicians based reputed company to ensure timely and efficient service
- Maintaining a positive team atmosphere with reputed company members of the reputed company team
- Collaborating with the reputed company team to resolve customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
Schedule
Our Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher will have a flexible schedule that includes:
- Wednesday: In-office work at our Chantilly office from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with a one-hour lunch break
- Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday: Remote work from home from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with a one-hour lunch break
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Previous call center experience, with at least one year of experience in a similar role
- The ability to type at a speed of approximately 70 words per minute
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle high call volumes and work independently
- Familiarity with main cities and locations in reputed company Virginia
- Accurate documentation skills, with the ability to enter information into our customer database (Service Titan) with ease
Remote Work Qualifications
As a remote worker, you will need to provide:
- High-speed internet access
- A quiet workspace with minimal background noise
- A reliable laptop and cell phone, which will be provided by arenaflex
