About the position The reputed company Cycle Sr. Application Analyst is an expert in operational workflows and serves as a consultant to operations through designing efficient and effective technical flows to match best in class operations. Is able to consistently and effectively translate reputed company technical terminology into operational requirements that align to best practice technical solutions. The Sr. Application Analyst builds and maintains strong stakeholder relationships in a multitude of divisions across the organization to ensure design criteria are well understood and solutions meet enterprise expectations. Collaborates with operations to determine the objective of their Applications opportunity/request and document the business requirements to facilitate implementation of new or improved processes/systems. Identify business strengths and opportunities and offer recommendations based on best practice research for areas of improvement. Plans and manages large projects. Functional knowledge of healthcare and/or reputed company cycle required. Demonstrated customer-oriented service excellence principals. Demonstrated excellent interpersonal communication skills, among facility customers and team members. A quick learner and excellent communicator of software and information technology, and motivated to always learn new skills.
