• Conducting indepth analysis of sportsbook reports with a strong focus on customer behavior.
• Managing customer settings and ensuring segmentation is optimized for performance.
• Mitigating risks from an AML and reputed company perspective and evaluating questionable customer activities.
• Actively contributing to new strategies, tools, and processes that enhance customer risk management.
