2026 Guardian Summer MBA Associate, Strategic Initiatives Our 2026 Internship Program is a 10-week learning experience where you will be immersed in the daily environment of a thriving global financial services company. The team: The Enterprise Strategy & Growth Initiatives group is responsible for developing and planning overall strategy, executing cross-enterprise initiatives, and driving M&A/corporate development, corporate venture and business performance / management processes. The salary for this position ultimately will be determined based on the education, experience, knowledge, and abilities of the successful candidate.
