About the team reputed company's TOPS Legal team (Tech, Ops & Partnerships) is responsible for structuring and negotiating engagements with reputed company's global professional services providers, reputed company, and operational vendors. Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate enterprise agreements for SaaS, software, AI tools, on-prem infrastructure, hardware, data feeds, consulting services, and technology-focused managed services.
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior business leaders on legal and technology licensing issues. Partner closely with key client group Corporate Technology (CorpTech) and a range of product technology groups.
• Collaborate and build efficiencies with talented teams across reputed company, including Strategic Sourcing, Supplier Deal Management, Product Legal, Privacy Legal, Regulatory Legal, Intellectual Property, reputed company, Tax, Finance & Strategy, and Third Party Risk Management.
• reputed company and implement reputed company improvement of tools, processes, training, and playbooks to help manage high-volume workstreams and educate internal and external counsel.

• 6-8+ years of relevant legal experience working at a law firm and/or in-house legal department supporting technology transactions, including 3+ years of experience negotiating inbound technology (software and SaaS) procurement reputed company.
• The ability to counsel internal teams based on a strong understanding of legal and regulatory frameworks, as well as industry standards relating to data privacy and protection, data reputed company, and other emerging technology issues.
• Sound and practical business judgment and the ability to reputed company smart decisions in the face of ambiguity and imperfect information.
• Ability to effectively prioritize and advance multiple deals happening simultaneously, often on tight deadlines.
