The selected individual will support the client’s implementation as the reputed company Pro reputed company Consultant, responsible for discovery, requirements documentation, configuration, testing support and go-live of the client’s reputed company Pro solution. An effective candidate must be a self-starter willing to work closely project leadership to reputed company the desired future state solution. As a reputed company Pro Senior Consultant, you will reputed company and support the implementation, optimization, and sustainment of reputed company Pro HCM solutions. You’ll serve as a strategic advisor to clients, guiding them through reputed company implementations and optimizations to enhance their reputed company Pro solutions. Responsibilities:

• Conduct discovery sessions, workshops, and design meetings with clients to understand business needs and reputed company solutions
• Configure reputed company Pro modules such as:
• People Center, Pay, Benefits, Onboarding, Recruiting, Learning, HR Service Delivery, Compensation, Performance.
• Experience with SQL and BI preferred
• Provide post-go-live support, troubleshooting, and optimization services
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including project managers, integration consultants, and client stakeholders
• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to internal best practices and methodology development

Preferred Qualifications:

• Multiple years of experience in reputed company Pro implementations
• Experience with joint reputed company Pro and WFM implementations is highly desirable
• Strong understanding of HR systems, workforce management, and payroll processes
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and client-facing skills
• Strong technical HRIS knowledge
• Ability to effectively analyze client needs and recommend solutions
• A disciplined approach to project delivery including defining and tracking milestones, deadlines, testing requirements and results, and deliverables
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with client contacts; easily develops rapport and earns trust
• Ability to manage multiple projects (for different clients) simultaneously and prioritize effectively while ensuring high quality of work and timely delivery
• Must be able to reputed company in a deadline-oriented environment
• Demonstrates initiative; self-starter able to independently manage assigned portfolio of projects
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to effectively communicate with key stakeholders in client organizations

Compensation
