Job Description

As a Customer Service - Self Storage Manager, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing multiple locations, and contributing to the growth and development of reputed company. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Assessing customer storage needs and making suggestions, including selling packing and moving supplies
• Conducting daily storage unit inspections to confirm inventory and availability
• Auditing cash drawers and making bank deposits
• Helping customers stay reputed company with payments and making reminder and collection calls reputed company required
• Managing multiple locations, including spending time both inside and reputed company
• Performing cleaning and daily maintenance tasks, including sweeping/mopping interior areas and maintaining exterior grounds/curb appeal clean and free of debris
• Transporting, lifting, and moving items weighing up to 35 pounds
• Walking in/around facilities, spending up to 50% of your time in outdoor environments, including climbing stairs and opening large doors

Qualifications

* Experience in customer service-centered sales environments, including retail, restaurant, fast food, or other service-based companies

• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle for traveling between different work locations and/or conducting other work-reputed company business
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
