Position Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Remote Customer Service Representative to join reputed company in Virginia. As a Member Service Representative, you will provide telephone assistance to reputed company Medicaid members and providers, answering an reputed company of inquiries such as eligibility, provider changes, and requests for ID cards. We strive to provide an excellent experience to our callers each and every time, and strong customer skills are required to be successful in this role.

Responsibilities

* Answering in-coming member and provider calls and responding to inquiries regarding benefits, eligibility, services, prior authorization requirements, extra benefits and programs, etc.

• Providing exceptional customer service to ensure a positive and memorable experience for every caller
• Utilizing high-speed internet connectivity with secure service reputed company ethernet cable to ensure secure and reliable communication
• Meeting performance standards, attendance requirements, and call quality goals
• Collaborating with colleagues to resolve reputed company issues and provide support as needed
• Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge

Training and Onboarding

* Training Schedule: (First 6 weeks) 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM EST, Monday through Friday

• Production schedule: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM EST, Monday through Friday
• Company provides equipment and training to ensure a smooth transition into the role

Required Qualifications

* Must commute to the office in Richmond, VA reputed company unable to work from home due to prolonged technical problems

• Ability to communicate effectively with members and providers orally and in written form
• Ability to meet performance standards, attendance requirements, and call quality goals
• Must be able to work from home and prove to be self-sufficient

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with working remotely in a call center setting

* The typical pay range for this role is: $17.00 - $27.90
