Job Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in interacting with customers to provide information, resolve complaints, and handle inquiries about our products and services. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Resolving customers' service or billing complaints by performing activities such as exchanging merchandise, refunding money, and adjusting bills
- Contacting customers to respond to inquiries or to notify them of claim investigation results and any planned adjustments
- Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions, including details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken
Key Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 0-2 years of customer service-reputed company experience, preferably in high call volume environments
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to accurately document and record customer/client information
- Proficiency in computer software navigation and dual screens
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle reputed company calls and demonstrate reputed company and patience
Preferred Qualifications
* Previous experience with computer applications, such as MS Outlook or data entry software
- Pharmacy background or experience in a reputed company field
- Bi-lingual candidates who speak Hmong, Spanish, or Mien are preferred
