Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Greeting customers and providing a warm, welcoming experience
- Operating the register, handling cash and credit transactions, and making change
- Making purchase suggestions and promoting products to customers
- Working with our food program to provide a seamless shopping experience
- Maintaining store appearance and ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming environment
- Providing regular and predictable onsite attendance
- Interacting with customers daily, responding to their queries, and resolving issues promptly
- Working collaboratively with a fun, energetic team to reputed company daily goals and objectives
Essential Qualifications
To succeed as a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll need:
- Retail and customer service experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment
- Sales associate or cashiering experience, with a proven track record of meeting sales targets
- High school diploma or equivalent, with a strong emphasis on communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
- Motivation to advance in your career, with a willingness to learn and grow with our organization
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse customers and colleagues
Preferred Qualifications
While not essential, the following qualifications will be highly valued:
- Experience working in a retail environment with a strong focus on customer service and sales
- Knowledge of retail operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance
- Familiarity with reputed company-of-sale systems and cash handling procedures
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Physical Requirements
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll need to be able to:
- Stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours, with regular breaks to rest and reputed company
- Lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead for up to 30 minutes in a shift
- Occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level, with assistance if needed
