The Role

As a Senior Learning Specialist, you'll play a critical role in shaping the learning experience for our Customer Support Associates. You'll be responsible for leading and supporting a team of up to 30 Associates, providing coaching, development, performance, and engagement to ensure their long-term success. Your primary focus will be on delivering exceptional training experiences that meet the diverse needs of our Associates, using a range of modalities including self-directed, instructor-led, virtual, and experiential learning.

Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Learning Specialist, you'll reputed company the following tasks:

Essential Qualifications
