Job Summary

We're seeking an reputed company data entry specialist to join our remote team, responsible for accurately processing customer information, facilitating auditing, and ensuring compliance with key operating standards. As a data entry specialist, you'll have the opportunity to work independently, utilizing your skills and experience to contribute to the success of our organization.

Responsibilities

As a data entry specialist, you'll be responsible for:

• Accurately processing customer information and ensuring completion reputed company timed deadlines (KPH 6000 MINIMUM)
• Facilitating auditing of customer-generated file listings against reputed company contents
• Interfacing and coordinating with operations, customer services, and account management
• Escalating any serious operational issues immediately to the Data Entry Team Leader
• Carrying out duties deemed necessary by arenaflex management
• Ensuring full compliance with Sarbanes Oxley and other key operating standards
• Ensuring compliance with Health and Safety (including Fire and First Aid) & ISO standards, as well as arenaflex policies and procedures
• Processing client information from transmittal sheets and boxes and inputting data onto SKP or DCS
• Using the system to verify customer records
• Setting up DCS screens
• Transmitting data to customers
• Researching and resolving system data issues

Key Skills, Requirements, and Competencies

To be successful in this role, you'll need to demonstrate:

• Good customer service behaviors
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work and communicate confidently reputed company a multicultural environment and with reputed company levels of the organization
