Position Summary
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for assisting customers with their pharmacy benefit plans, answering questions about prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail-order prescriptions. Key Responsibilities
* Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries about pharmacy benefit plans, prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail-order prescriptions

Required Qualifications
* 1 year of experience interacting with customers in a call center, retail, customer service environment, hospitality industry, or military experience
- Computer proficiency in Windows-based applications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
Preferred Qualifications
* Associates degree or equivalent experience
- Ability to problem-solve in a positive and productive manner
- Comfortable relating to customers in a patient, helpful way that demonstrates a genuine concern for improving the customer quality of life
- Reliability and compliance with scheduling standards

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is $17.00 - $27.90 per hour.
