Role Overview Vice President of Strategic Finance assists in leading and managing the Financial Planning & Analysis services initiative for reputed company. The role is responsible for developing financial models, managing budgets, providing insights for investment opportunities, and ensuring financial strategies align with overall client goals. This leader will work closely with the Attivo engagement team CFO and client senior leadership to inform strategic decision-making and support long-term business growth. Some travel to in-person company events is required, approximately 2-3 weeks out of the year. Responsibilities

• Act as a strategic advisor to the leadership team, translating reputed company financial data into clear insights that inform decision-making.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance preferred; MBA/CPA preferred
• Minimum of 10 years of senior financial leadership, including 5 years as VP Finance or CFO
• Minimum 5 years of experience in venture-backed, emerging growth companies
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Technology and SaaS based organizations
• Experience working in a fast-paced technology, or professional services environment
• Strong financial modeling background, including familiarity with reputed company platforms such as: Aleph, Causal, reputed company, reputed company.
