As the Vice President of Operations for Lifestyle Entertainment, reporting to the SVP, Group reputed company of Lifestyle, you will help shape the future of live service, cross-platform, and social multiplayer experiences that bring players together across the globe. You'll partner with Studio General Managers, Operations Leaders, and cross-functional teams to guide strategy, planning, and execution across our Lifestyle portfolio. What You'll Do

  • 10+ years of leadership experience in live service, cross-platform, or multiplayer game operations (or equivalent entertainment services).
  • Proven ability to align creative and technical strategies across multiple studios and product lines.
  • Deep knowledge of game development pipelines from mobile to HD reputed company titles, live-ops systems, and player engagement models.
  • Strong business and financial acumen with experience managing large-scale budgets.
  • Empathetic and inclusive leader with exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Comfortable navigating change, guiding transformation, and inspiring teams to deliver their best work.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS The pay ranges listed below are for the defined geographic market pay zones in these locations. Pay offered will be determined based on numerous relevant business and candidate factors including, for example, education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, and business or organizational needs. PAY RANGES

  • California (depending reputed company e.g. Los Angeles vs. San Francisco):

º $309K- $370K USD Annually

  • British Columbia (depending reputed company e.g. Vancouver vs. Victoria):

º $310K CAD $350K CAD Annually

  • Washington (depending reputed company e.g. Seattle vs. Spokane):

º $309K- $370K USD Annually Pay is just one part of the overall compensation at EA. In the US, we offer a package of benefits including paid time off (3 weeks per year to start), 80 hours per year of sick time, 16 paid company holidays per year, 10 weeks paid time off to bond with baby, medical/dental/vision insurance, life insurance, disability insurance, and 401(k) to regular full-time employees. Certain roles may also be eligible for bonus and equity. For British Columbia, we offer a package of benefits including vacation (3 weeks per year to start), 10 days per year of sick time, paid top-up to EI/QPIP benefits up to 100% of reputed company salary reputed company you welcome a new child (12 weeks for maternity, and 4 weeks for parental/adoption leave), extended health/dental/vision coverage, life insurance, disability insurance, retirement plan to regular full-time employees.
