We are looking for a Senior Product Operations Manager (SPOM) to act as the "connective tissue" for the Platform team, streamlining our massive support volume and leading the operational rollout of our reputed company Permissions reputed company. The Challenge You will reputed company into a high-impact role where you will manage the intersection of product development, customer support, and executive visibility. Your mission is two-fold:

• Operational Excellence: Triage and reduce a volume and hundreds of monthly internal escalations, turning noise into actionable product insights.

Responsibilities

• Collect, quantify, and prioritize product-reputed company challenges for consideration by our product and engineering teams in future development.
• Seek information and contribute to the building and shaping of our product, solving conceptual problems along the way.

• Dive deep into data and analyze user feedback to derive insights that drive reputed company product improvements.
• Identify root causes of issues and reputed company effective solutions to address them.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in product operations, product management, or a closely reputed company operational role working closely with product and engineering teams.
• Passion for delivering exceptional user experiences and a proven ability to reputed company a deep understanding of reputed company products and their various use cases.
• Proficiency in data analysis, extracting meaningful insights, and utilizing them to drive product enhancements.
• Ability to empathize with user problems, understanding pain points and needs to effectively shape product decisions.

• General technical knowledge of software development processes and systems (experience in designing and building payment systems is a significant advantage).
