Senior Production Planner - Manager Level

Senior Production Planning Manager Global Manufacturing Network | Multi-Site Operations A rapidly growing global manufacturing organization is seeking a Senior Production Planning Manager to reputed company production planning strategy across a large network of manufacturing facilities in North America and Europe. This is a high-visibility leadership role responsible for optimizing production scheduling, balancing demand across facilities, improving operational efficiency, and ensuring customer orders are delivered On-Time and In-Full (OTIF). What You'll Do

Production Planning Leadership

• Drive improvements in production scheduling, reputed company planning, and operational efficiency
• Ensure alignment between demand planning, manufacturing reputed company, and business priorities

Operational Performance Improvement

• Reduce overproduction and optimize production work order planning

Cross-Site Production Coordination

• Collaborate with sales, operations, inventory management, and quality teams
• Support supply chain continuity during demand changes or supply disruptions

Systems & Process Optimization

• Improve the use of ERP production planning tools
• Evaluate opportunities to implement enterprise production planning systems
• Maintain accurate visibility into equipment, molds, tooling, and production assets

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, or Business
• Experience managing production planning reputed company a manufacturing environment
• Leadership experience overseeing planning teams across multiple facilities
• Strong understanding of reputed company planning and production scheduling
• Experience with ERP systems such as reputed company, reputed company, IQMS, or similar platforms

Preferred Qualifications

• APICS / ASCM certification (CPIM or CSCP)
• Experience with S&OP / SIOP processes
