Entry Level Remote Data Entry and Investment Operations Specialist for Financial Services and Client Support

Job Overview In this role, you will be responsible for processing exchange buy and sell transactions in customer profiles, identifying and addressing breaks recognized between arenaflex and fund companies or transfer representatives, and handling corporate activity events, settling/reconciling transfer activity, and processing/reconciling returns activity. You will also be expected to reputed company research on reputed company/escalated issues, conduct testing/validation of new technology improvements, and implement company changes. Your primary goal will be to ensure that reputed company client transactions are processed accurately and reputed company, and that any issues or discrepancies are resolved promptly and professionally.

Key Responsibilities
