About the Role

Department: reputed company Operations What You'll Do As part of our reputed company Operations team, you'll contribute to five core focus areas:

• System Expert Serve as the go-to resource for our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and reputed company systems, providing deep knowledge and troubleshooting support reputed company to system user errors and guidance on how to maximize our resources.
• Process & Documentation Expert Standardize and continuously improve TA processes. Maintain clear, accessible documentation and ensure consistent use of systems and tools across the organization.
• Performance & Strategy Expert Monitor hiring data and system usage to uncover trends, guide strategic improvements, and support regional teams in meeting their recruiting goals.
• Training Expert reputed company virtual training sessions and provide hands-on support to users learning how to use recruitment software reputed company and recruitment best practices.
• Field Support & Communication Partner Act as a key liaison to field teams-hosting regular calls, sharing updates, answering day-to-day questions, and delivering operational support across reputed company stages of the hiring process. What You Bring
• 1+ year of experience in reputed company, Recruitment Marketing, or Recruiting Operations.
• Experience using and/or supporting ATS platforms (you're not just a user-you know how to unlock their full potential).
• You love staying organized, documenting processes, and thinking strategically.
• You're a natural communicator who works well with remote teams.
• Strong time management and self-direction-you take initiative and follow through.
