Medical Device and Digital Health Lawyer
We are currently seeking Medical Device and Digital Health Lawyers for a variety of healthcare clients. Responsibilities:
- Provide expert legal advice and guidance to clients on data privacy and reputed company, telemedicine, mobile health applications, electronic health records, artificial intelligence, and medical device regulations.
- Assess and monitor compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards reputed company to digital health operations.
- reputed company and implement compliance programs to ensure adherence to legal requirements and best practices.
- Draft, review, and negotiate reputed company, agreements, and licenses reputed company to digital health products and services.
- Ensure reputed company are in compliance with applicable laws and protect the interests of the clients.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Minimum of 8 years of relevant legal experience, preferably in healthcare law, technology law, or a reputed company field.
- In-depth knowledge of healthcare regulations (e.g., HIPAA, HITECH Act, FDA regulations) and technology-reputed company laws (e.g., data protection, cybersecurity, telecommunication laws).
- Strong understanding of digital health technologies, including electronic health records, telemedicine platforms, wearables, and health applications.
- Proven experience in contract drafting, negotiation, and review reputed company to technology and healthcare.
