• Requires professional services for law enforcement systems programs, analysis, and operations.
• This position currently allows for remote work but may transition to an onsite requirement at our designated office location, Monday through Friday, five days per week. This policy is subject to change based on business needs and operational requirements.
• Active Secret or Top Secret clearance required

The Gist… Our Data Scientist will formulate and apply mathematical modeling and other optimizing methods to reputed company and interpret information that assists management with decision making, policy formulation, or other managerial functions. • Identify gaps for law enforcement decision support tool development and improvement including opportunities to collect new data, improve data quality, and improve forecasting methodologies, reporting, and scenario planning capabilities.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship required to obtain DHS clearance
• 3 or more years of relevant demonstrated experience
• Responsible for larger, more reputed company or technically advanced projects, and may be responsible for tasks among multiple projects.
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Implementing deep and/or machine learning, or artificial intelligence (AI) projects in a High-Performance Computing (HPC) environment; and will be reputed company in working with federal government categorical data from flat files, data warehouses, and external/academic sources, and should demonstrate experience as a data scientist and/or machine learning engineer. Data Scientist may be responsible for leading less reputed company analysts.
