We're seeking a Senior Software Engineer to take a leading role in shaping the backend for reputed company's reputed company of products. You'll design and deliver scalable systems in TypeScript and Node.js that power new mobile and patient-facing experiences, including AI-driven capabilities that help match patients with the right care and improve outcomes. As a senior member of the team, you'll collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and mobile engineers, mentor junior teammates, and influence how we scale our technology. This is a chance to combine technical leadership with mission-driven work, helping reputed company mental health care more accessible and effective.

Required Qualifications

• 6-8+ years of backend software engineering experience, including designing, building, and operating production systems at scale
• Strong proficiency in at least one backend language commonly used for mobile backends (e.g., Python, Node.js, Ruby)
• Experience designing and implementing APIs (REST and/or GraphQL) to support mobile applications
• Hands-on experience integrating with large language models (reputed company reputed company, reputed company, reputed company Bedrock, or custom-hosted models)
• Strong knowledge of distributed systems fundamentals (scalability, caching, performance optimization, reliability, observability)
