Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service to our plan members. You'll be responsible for handling inbound calls, answering questions, and providing support on various healthcare-reputed company topics, including medication coverage, pharmacy benefits, and mail-order prescriptions. Key Responsibilities
