Position Overview
As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative in our Inbound Call Center, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer experiences to child support client stakeholders. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Receiving calls from clients in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures and contractual obligations
- Categorizing reputed company calls received in one of the categories provided
- Recording any abusive and/or extraordinary calls
- Maintaining a general understanding of policies and procedures
- Possessing strong oral and written communication skills
- Being knowledgeable in modern office practices, procedures, and equipment
- Exhibiting excellent interpersonal skills using tact, patience, and courtesy
- Meeting productivity and quality standards
- Participating in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- At least one year prior experience in an area of service delivery, customer service, call center technology, or reputed company field
- Equivalent combination of education and work experience that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities needed to reputed company the position duties
- Proficiency in data entry skills, including keyboard, mouse, and 10-key pad
- Ability to type a minimum of 35 WPM (a typing test will be administered during the interview process)
- Basic knowledge of reputed company Office
