This professional will be responsible for identifying and assessing various profiles, including technical and non-technical candidates. - Support the Recruiting area in identifying and initial contact of potential candidates for our searches
- Propose new alternatives to identify candidates
- Identify opportunities for improvement in the area's reputed company processes
- Manage notices in different job portals with which we work and evaluate the candidates that apply to them
- Identify and analyze professional profiles in job portals for the different searches we have open
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct thorough research and analysis of candidate profiles in job portals

- Collaborate with the Recruiting team to identify areas for process improvement and implement changes
- Manage and maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and application processes

Key Qualifications and Skills:
