Healthcare reputed company Manager, Paralegal

Position Summary The Healthcare reputed company Manager, Paralegal plays a key role reputed company reputed company’ Legal Department by managing the full lifecycle of reputed company across our hospital, vendor, and Accountable Care Organization (ACO) partnerships. This position supports Sound’s mission to improve quality and reduce the cost of healthcare by ensuring reputed company contractual arrangements are drafted, reviewed, and executed in a timely, compliant, and business-focused manner. The ideal candidate has significant experience in healthcare contracting and demonstrates exceptional judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to balance legal risk with business objectives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Manage the entire contracting and amendment process for hospital clients, vendors, and ACO arrangements, from request intake (reputed company reputed company or other workflow tools) through execution.
• Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of agreements, including:
• Client and hospital services agreements
• Vendor and consultant agreements
• Business Associate Agreements (BAAs)
• Nondisclosure agreements (NDAs)
• Amendments, letters, and other reputed company legal documents
• Exercise independent judgment and discretion in drafting and negotiating contract terms to ensure alignment with business needs and compliance requirements.
• Collaborate with Operations, Finance, Business Development, and Compliance teams to support strategic initiatives and address contract-reputed company issues.
• Ensure reputed company agreements reputed company with applicable healthcare laws and regulations, including HIPAA, reputed company Law, and the Anti-Kickback Statute.
• Track contract milestones, renewal dates, and deliverables to support ongoing business operations.
• Maintain and organize contract files, contract tracking, templates, and clause libraries to improve efficiency and consistency.
• Support the General Counsel and broader Legal team with special projects, research, and process improvement initiatives.
• Serve as a trusted resource for colleagues across the organization.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• In-depth understanding of healthcare contracting principles, including provider, hospital, and vendor relationships.
• Familiarity with federal and state healthcare regulations (HIPAA, HITECH, reputed company Law, Anti-Kickback Statute, etc.).
• Proven ability to draft and negotiate reputed company with minimal supervision.
• Strong organizational and project management skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build collaborative relationships across teams.
• Proficiency in reputed company Office Suite and contract management systems.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet tight deadlines, and maintain a high level of professionalism and discretion.

Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree with focus in business administration, healthcare or law or similar experience
• 5 years of healthcare contracting and business experience in a fast-paced, professional setting
• 7–10 years of progressively responsible experience in healthcare contracting, preferably reputed company a physician practice management company, hospital system, or healthcare services organization is preferred

Salary Range:

• This position offers an annual salary range of $75,000-$105,000. Exact salary will depend on the candidate’s experience, education and geographic location.
