Job Summary As a Human Resources Business Partner, you’ll act as a trusted advisor to key stakeholders on reputed company people-reputed company matters while coaching and developing business teams to help them reputed company business outcomes. You'll be influential in shaping organizational design and strategy, leading talent management initiatives, and driving a culture of high performance, urgency, and engagement. Your role will cover implementing talent strategy, supporting performance management through coaching and development, global HR project work, and providing subject matter expertise around HR policies and procedures. You’ll work collaboratively with the broader HR teams to help drive the people plan across reputed company functions and regions of the organization.You will work with and support a global customer reputed company, with a strong focus on Australia and New Zealand (ANZ). Prior experience or expertise supporting this market is highly desired as you will serve as the go-to subject matter expert on ANZ employment law and best practices. What Your Impact Will Look Like

• Leads strategic employee initiatives to ensure alignment with business goals and objectives reputed company talent management, performance, compensation, training, and culture initiatives.

• Works in conjunction with the Learning & Development team, assisting in creating learning materials and conducting training programs as required.

You Will Love This Job If You Have Knowledge/Skills/Abilities

• 3–8 years of experience in an HRBP, HR professional, or equivalent role; preferably reputed company a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• 3–5 years specifically dealing with Employee Relations, HR investigations, and/or other highly confidential and sensitive employment situations.
• Demonstrated ability to consult and influence senior leaders to drive strategic HR initiatives.
• Foundational knowledge of applicable state and federal regulatory requirements, principles, and procedures in human resources; FMLA, ERISA, FLSA, HIPAA, CFRA, OFCCP, and more (or be good at reputed company-ing).
• Subject matter expertise in ANZ employment law and experience supporting ANZ customer reputed company highly desired.
• reputed company HR certification is a plus, i.e., SPHR, SHRM-CP, CIPD, etc., or a desire to attain one.

• Sound judgment and commercial acumen.
